What I call the mutant ducks that wander around down here especially
in parking lots where they think you might give them a snack!
A bit of rain today and only 65 degrees right now but it does not feel
chilly at all. It really is funny how different temps feel in
different areas. Must have something to do with humidity. Returns to
more normal 80 territory by weekend.
Did a great class at the gym this morning called group cynergy. Yoga
and Pilate choreographed to music. Tough but good.
