This weeks hike took us two hours north to the Lewis River in Washington. It was worth the ride! Beautiful woods surrounded us, and the river flowed along our way, and treated us to various overlooks and waterfalls. This one was perhaps the most spectacular we have seen, and we have seen a lot! The water flowed at so many places, and it thundered down that last wide drop. Continuing the hike brought us to the top, where we saw it streaming over the edge...but not before sitting a bit, and some of us dipping our toes in the cool water!
