Long ago my mother had quite a collection, which sadly was given away before I acquired my interest in collecting. I did amass quite a few, but they have been in boxes since we have lived in Portland, except for a few newer acquisitions. Well, this past Sunday in the newspaper, I spotted a story about someone whose collection grew to such enormous proportions that they have started a museum in Tennessee! And there is actually one in Spain! Of course, I must go and visit! So I add this photo in honor of all collectors, large and small. Salt and Pepper Shakers
