On Sunday, we went to Yard Garden and Patio show at
Oregon Convention Center. This glass sculpture decorates the
ceiling there. Not by Chihuly, though the artist was obviously
influenced by him. May have studied under him...who knows!
All public buildings here are required to have some amount of art.

Folks here are avid gardeners and plant enthusiasts.
The climate is wonderful for growing things, so it is not surprising.
In addition to plants and beautiful landscape design, there is a
lot of garden art, which is very fun.
