Sunday dawned beautiful and clear once again, and I DROVE Clem to Council Crest to see the view of the mountains! The top one is Mt. Adams.
This is St. Helens, with the flat top from blowing in 1980. She still rumbles a bit now and then! Behind it, barely visible, is Mt. Rainier. I went hiking there for several days a few years back. Amazing!
And the venerable and recognizeable Mt. Hood. The most recognizeable, and most visible from the city and the area. Have lived here nearly 9 years, and they still leave me in awe.
