Spring is in the air, and I went for a nice walk in the sunshine, and encountered this slug. One of the many wonders of Oregon........giant slugs! Banana slugs are huge, and supposedly good for your garden, though I suspect this is one of the variety that does a job on some of my plants in the summer. I was told I could put out a dish of beer, but the slug I found in it looked up and me and burped! :-)
